We offer reliable shipping for our printed books and instant digital delivery for our e-books. We partner with India’s leading and most reliable courier services to ensure that our physical products reach almost every pin code across the country—from bustling metro cities to remote areas.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch Time

Quality is our priority. Every order placed on our website undergoes a thorough check before it leaves our facility.

Dispatch Timeline: Most physical orders are processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 24 to 48 business hours of order confirmation. Digital e-books are typically delivered instantly or via email shortly after purchase confirmation.
Business Days: Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Special Handling: Physical books and guides are packed securely to prevent any transit damage or bending, ensuring they reach you in pristine condition.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

While we strive for the fastest delivery possible, the actual delivery time for physical products depends on your geographical location and the efficiency of the local courier hub.

Metro Cities (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi): 3 to 5 business days.
Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days.
Remote Locations: In some cases, delivery to North-East India or remote regions may take up to 10-12 business days.

Incomplete Address: Mana Choice is not responsible for non-delivery if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
Failed Delivery: Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package multiple times. If the customer is unavailable or the phone is unreachable, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-sending the order.

If you notice that the outer packaging of a physical book is significantly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package. Mark it as “Damaged” on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
