We understand that when you order your favorite Mana Tea, Mana Swachatha Spices, or Mana Ruchulu Pickles, you want them to arrive fresh, safe, and on time. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we have outlined our detailed shipping procedures and policies below.

1. Shipping Coverage

We are proud to offer Pan-India shipping. We partner with India’s leading and most reliable courier services to ensure that our products reach almost every pin code across the country—from bustling metro cities to the most remote rural areas.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch Time

Quality is our priority. Every order placed on our website undergoes a thorough quality check and secure packaging process before it leaves our facility.

  • Dispatch Timeline: Most orders are processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 24 to 48 business hours of order confirmation.

  • Business Days: Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • Special Handling: Since items like pickles are stored in glass or high-quality food-grade jars, we take extra time to ensure “Zero-Leakage” packaging, which may occasionally add a few hours to the processing time.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

While we strive for the fastest delivery possible, the actual delivery time depends on your geographical location and the efficiency of the local courier hub.

  • Metro Cities (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi): 3 to 5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days.

  • Remote Locations: In some cases, delivery to North-East India or remote hilly regions may take up to 10-12 business days.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates. While 95% of our orders reach on time, delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions, festive seasons, or courier strikes beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Transparency is key at Mana Choice. We do not believe in hidden costs.

  • Calculation: Shipping charges are calculated automatically at the Checkout page based on the total weight of the products in your cart and your delivery location.

  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value. Please check the banners on our homepage for current offers.

5. Real-Time Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, we believe in keeping you informed every step of the way.

  • Tracking Details: A unique Tracking ID and a link to the courier’s website will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number via SMS/WhatsApp.

  • Integration: Our system is integrated with our payment gateway (Razorpay) and logistics partners to provide real-time updates on your shipment’s journey.

6. Address Accuracy and Re-delivery

To ensure a successful delivery, please double-check your shipping address and contact number before finalizing the order.

  • Incomplete Address: Mana Choice is not responsible for non-delivery if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.

  • Failed Delivery: Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package three times. If the customer is unavailable or the phone is unreachable after three attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the customer will have to pay additional shipping charges for re-sending the order.

7. Damaged Shipments

If you notice that the outer packaging is significantly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package. Mark it as “Damaged” on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
