Customer satisfaction is our top priority, but as we deal with perishable food items, we have established a clear and transparent Refund and Cancellation Policy to maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind after placing an order. However, due to our fast processing times, we have a specific window for cancellations:

  • Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: You can request a cancellation only if your order has not yet been dispatched from our facility. Usually, orders are processed within 12-24 hours.

  • Post-Dispatch: Once an order is handed over to our courier partner, we cannot accept any cancellation requests. In such cases, the shipping process is already initiated, and costs are incurred.

2. No-Return & No-Exchange Policy (Food Safety)

To comply with global food safety standards and maintain 100% hygiene for all our customers, Mana Choice follows a strict No-Return and No-Exchange Policy.

  • Perishable Nature: Since our products consist of tea, pickles, and spices, they are sensitive to temperature, moisture, and handling. Once a product leaves our controlled warehouse, we cannot guarantee its integrity if it were to be returned.

  • Health and Hygiene: To prevent any risk of cross-contamination, we do not restock or resell any food items that have been delivered to a customer. This ensures that every product you buy from Mana Choice is brand new and untouched.

3. Exceptions: Damaged, Leaking, or Wrong Products

While we do not offer general returns, we take full responsibility for any errors on our part or damages during transit.

  • Reporting an Issue: If you receive a package that is tampered with, leaking, or if you receive the wrong item, please report it to us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory Requirement (Unboxing Video): For insurance and verification purposes, we strictly require an Unboxing Video (starting from showing the sealed courier bag to opening the product). Without a clear video and photos of the invoice, we may not be able to process your claim.

  • Resolution: Upon successful verification of the damage or error, we will offer a free replacement of the same product. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be initiated.

4. Refund Process and Timeline

In cases where a refund is approved (due to non-availability of stock for replacement or verified shipping errors):

  • Mode of Refund: The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) used during the transaction via our secure payment gateway, Razorpay.

  • Timeline: Once initiated, the refund usually reflects in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s internal processing times.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
